Shipping & Rates

Our shipping rates vary based on box size and destination. We offer PROMO UNLIMITED WEIGHT rates for our standard box sizes:

  • Medium Box (60×60×60 cm): Starting at SAR 250 to Manila
  • Large Box (60×60×60 cm): Starting at SAR 270 to Manila
  • XL Box (60×60×60 cm): Starting at SAR 300 to Manila

Rates vary by destination (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao). Check our Promo page for the full rate table.

No weight limit! Our PROMO UNLIMITED WEIGHT offer means you can pack your box as heavy as you need — the rate is based on box size, not weight.

This is perfect for sending variety of items like books, canned goods, and groceries. Just make sure your box is securely packed and within the standard size dimensions.

We deliver to all major areas in the Philippines, categorized into:

  • Manila — Metro Manila and surrounding areas
  • Luzon 1-4 — Provincial areas in Luzon
  • Visayas & Mindanao — All islands in the Visayas and Mindanao regions

Our air cargo rates are competitive and transparent:

  • Manila Area: 13 SAR/KG
  • Luzon Area: 13 SAR/KG + 1.5 SAR/KM
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 15 SAR/KG
  • Air Waybill: 20 SAR
  • Insurance: 35 SAR (optional, waived for second-hand TVs)

Air cargo is ideal for time-sensitive shipments like documents and other urgent personal items.

Insurance is not included in the standard shipping rates. It is an add-on for SAR 35 per shipment.

Note: Insurance is automatically waived for second-hand TVs and electronics at the customer's request.

We recommend adding insurance for valuable items to protect against loss or damage during transit.

PROHIBITED ITEMS IN SEA CARGO:
  1. Hazardous materials:
    • Explosives
    • Flammable liquids (e.g., gasoline, lighter fluid)
    • Gases (e.g., propane, oxygen tanks)
    • Oxidizers (e.g., bleach, chlorine)
  2. Perishable food items:
    • Meat
    • Dairy products
    • Fruits
    • Vegetables
  3. Live animals:
    • Pets or live animals without proper documentation and permits
  4. Fireworks and other pyrotechnic devices
  5. Cigars and cigarette lighters: only allowed in reasonable quantities for personal use
  6. Electronics:
    • Computers and laptops with built-in lithium batteries
    • Mobile phones and tablets with built-in lithium batteries
  7. Batteries: lead-acid batteries, nickel-cadmium (Ni-Cd) batteries, and mercury-containing batteries

PROHIBITED ITEMS IN AIR CARGO:
  1. Lithium batteries and electronic devices containing lithium batteries (except in checked luggage)
  2. Certain types of knives:
    • Folding pocket knives with blades over 3 inches
    • Box cutters
    • Perfumes
    • Other sharp objects
  3. Fireworks and other pyrotechnic devices

Balikbayan Box Limitations:
  1. Perfumes and colognes: only 2-3 pieces per person
  2. Furniture: some items may be restricted due to size and weight constraints

Air Cargo Limitations:
  1. Perfumes and colognes: only 100ml per container in carry-on luggage, and 500ml per container in checked luggage
  2. Jewelry: no restrictions on quantity or value
  3. Furniture: some items may be restricted due to size and weight constraints

Additional Restrictions:
  1. Medications: certain medications (e.g., those containing lithium) may require special documentation
  2. Plant materials: live plants, plant seeds, and cut flowers are subject to phytosanitary regulations
  3. Animal products: meat, dairy products, and other animal-derived products may be restricted or prohibited

Prohibited Items in Both Balikbayan Boxes and Air Cargo:
  1. Wildlife and wildlife products: rhino horn, elephant ivory, pangolin scales, and other endangered species
  2. Cultural artifacts: artifacts from cultural heritage sites
  3. Counterfeit items: fake designer goods, currency, or documents

Please note that this list is not exhaustive and might be subject to change. It's essential to check with relevant authorities (e.g., Bureau of Customs), shipping companies, and airlines for specific information before sending any items in balikbayan boxes or air cargo shipments to the Philippines.

Additional Tips:
  1. Declare all items on the customs form.
  2. Ensure proper packing and labeling.

TV shipping rates with crating (protective wooden crate) are as follows:

  • 40 inches: Starting at SAR 570 to Manila
  • 50 inches: Starting at SAR 670 to Manila
  • 55 inches: Starting at SAR 720 to Manila
  • 65 inches: Starting at SAR 750 to Manila
  • 70 inches: Starting at SAR 850 to Manila

Prices include professional crating to ensure safe transit. Insurance is waived for second-hand TVs.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking your shipment is easy! Simply:

  1. Go to our Tracking page
  2. Enter your unique tracking code (e.g., MEC-2026-084213)
  3. Click "Track Now" to see real-time status updates

Your tracking code is printed on your booking confirmation SMS or email. You'll see updates from pickup to delivery.

Delivery times vary by shipping method:

  • Sea Freight (Balikbayan Box): 30–60 days (Luzon Area) and 60-90 days (VisMin)
  • Air Cargo: 7–25 days

These are estimates and may vary based on customs clearance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We provide real-time tracking so you know exactly where your shipment is.

Yes! We offer full door-to-door service:

  • Pickup: We collect your shipment from your address in any major KSA city (Riyadh).
  • Delivery: We deliver straight to the recipient's doorstep anywhere in the Philippines.

New customers get free pickup on their first shipment. Contact us to schedule a pickup.

Yes, we handle customs clearance on both the KSA and Philippine sides. Our team manages all documentation and clearance procedures to ensure smooth transit.

We'll guide you on any required documents and keep you informed of the status. While we handle the process, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
